Apple Releases Safari 5

The update seems to be slowly seeding out and includes:

  • A 30% faster Javascript runtime
  • Extensions!
  • A Reader button (which puts the page’s content into a distraction-free, easy to read format)
  • Lots of new HTML5 modules/features like form validation, draggable, EventSource and WebSocket.
